Clarion is raising €2.5m to fund the development of its cultivation facility, through a five year sale-leaseback of its real estate assets.
The minimum investment to qualify for a Golden Visa is €500,000 and this opportunity is limited to five investors.

STRUCTURES
Investors in this limited round Will be listed on the public deed of the property and hold 100% ownership over the land and structures for the 6 year period required to qualify for EU citizenship.
EXPECTED
RETURN
During this 6 year period, Clarion Will pay investors an annual return of 5% (€25,000/annum).
USE OF FUNDS
The €2.5m raised in this round Will be used entirely for the construction of the facility and purchase of cultivation equipment, fixtures, and chattels.
At the end of this period, investors Will have the option to sell their interest in the real estate back to Clarion for a 20% premium (€600,000) or convert their shares into the Operating Company at a €15,000,000 valuation.
